This took so damn long to make, I hope you guys like it. I am a Lucio main and I love Froppy, so naturally I wanted to do this sometime.
(I hate the legs, and I feel like MS Paint was the wrong choice here. But I am just glad I finished it. The hair was another problem, I had done a ponytail, but thought that was not really Tsu-like. But now looking back, I might change this.)
