I've never seen a single thread for this and I'm sure you have some of those lying around so it's about time!

Note that Chibis are different from Lolis (although they can overlap) in that Chibis are usually just deformed versions of normal characters to make them look smaller, sometimes with a big head and tiny limbs (think Umaru-chan).
