I used to use a program called TrueCrypt that can make virtual drives, and if they're not unlocked with a password then they just appear as a random block of data. You can install a portable version of your favorite browser in that virtual drive to save all your logins. No clearing your cookies or history, just close everything and unmount the virtual drive when you're done, then when you come back it's all still there like you left it.
