In the VN she's crazy jealous over Kyousuke, ratting him out to Kirino that he and Ayase are dating. So if she was actually willing to share, that says a lot about how much Kirino means to her. Plus Kirino's already gay for imoutos. More importantly, if senpai asked her to, she would do it.

Maybe it was mentioned in the light novel somewhere?
