"Push it" in reference to the Retweet/Favorite buttons on Twitter, of course. And the ぱっ is just a sound effect that's generally for when something lights up/shines, like the Twitter icons in this case. Anyone that actually knows Japanese, feel free to correct me: コラ、勝手に押しちゃダメでしょ…?
As for where people get pictures, that's generally off Pixiv and Twitter. Pixiv is pretty easy, since you can usually find Koume pictures by using the 白坂小梅 tag, but sometimes she isn't tagged despite being in the gallery for any number of reasons.
As for Twitter, you just have to follow artists that usually draw her, like
https://twitter.com/ai_ringo18And then you can look through who Twitter recommends you or who they've followed, since artists that pretty much only draw one character tend to follow other artists who also draw the same character or similar artists that draw Hoshi Shouko or Koshimizu Sachiko or other Idolmaster girls.
Gelbooru/Danbooru/Sankaku Complex are also decent and have a much better tagging system than either of those sites.
If you don't want lewds, I can't remember if Pixiv blocks R-18 automatically, but there's an account setting that'll block any image/gallery tagged with R-18. Some stuff isn't tagged, though. Twitter automatically hides naughty stuff, but some things get through. For any of the Booru sites, just add "rating:safe" or "-rating:explicit" to your search.
