>>3397556I wouldn't say it starts a fight at all, usually just one anon who stops in to voice their opinion on how they don't think yuri belongs on /c/. It usually ends with an anon(s) saying that /c/ is specifically made for sfw cute anime girls - which this thread is 100% about, its just that the images are a bit more romantic or shows them as a couple (reminder that /u/ is a red board and some people are really not into that). The same thread can be made for het couples as well, as the rules have to specifically state that het can only be posted so long as the girl is the focus (something that wouldn't be a problem in yuri). Minor overlap with other boards is fine so long as it fits the board rules and cute takes priority.
Also anons who stop in to say "take it to /u/, this doesn't belong here" most likely only say that since they don't like yuri themselves - in which case they should just hide the thread as it is a board related thread. Besides there are c/u/te images scattered across the board with no negative comments in threads like the touhou, yuu, urara, and the girls getting married thread just to name a few - other people get that cute girls are the sole focus of the board regardless of their sexuality.
We're not /u/, we're not /a/, we are /c/ and we do it for her no matter what!
