Keep in mind that I'm talking here about someone who is smoking right now, or just smoked.
The smell from someone who smoked yesterday, slept, and kisses you before breakfast is... well, let's say it's not the sexiest thing out there. If not one of the least sexy, unless you're in the same situation.
If you, too, had a smoke beforehand (even one cig as someone who usually doesn't smoke), then, you won't notice any difference with the same thing done by a non-smoker.
And if you're talking about her blowing smoke in your mouth, it's something you'll love or hate and have to try first. Once again, smoking a cigarette yourself beforehand will practically nullify the "shock factor".
