This is my first 4chan post, but i must say, i recently finished k-on and before i started watching it, i only played videogames all day as my only other hobby was coding but that anime sparked something inside of me, i now want to play just like them and enjoy music like that. I got an old harmony branded bass guitar from the 80's from my mother along with a fender rumble 25 amp. That was about a month and a half ago, since i bought an Ibanez grx70 electric guitar and i've had it for about a week now and i love it. I named it muttan as a refference to Azusa's guitar, i was tempted to name it geeta but i'll save that name for my next guitar as it'll be just like geeta. I think that although this year has been pretty shit, this could be how i enjoy the rest of my life i have left with little responsibly, just like yui, mio, and the others, eventually i will grow older and not have time to do the things i want to do, so now's the time i should do it before i dont have time and look back with regret on wasteing it. Without k-on, i wouldnt be here enjoying guitar just how yui and azu did, and just like them i will make the most of this time i have still young and just like them i will do it with my friends who also play instriments and have so graciously helped me get exponentially better over the past week alone. Thanks for listening to my ramblings, you probably don't eben care that much but im glad this thread gave me a place to open up about my recent life a little because, i won't tell anyone in real life as the truthfull responce that i do agree with is "get real that wont happen" but as much as i am on a great path to entering the feild of computer science, i wish i could grow up with my friends playing music, going on tour and making a huge living off of it along with having just as much fun as everyone in k-on.
