Basically: Army of Darkness led by Gyarus whom are led by an Ojou-sama who is leaded by a council of OLs invade Earth in the 20th century, all Magical Girls except the tomboyish one are killed, Earth is conquered, fast-forward to 20XX.
MC appears and goes to the lair of Christmas Cake crippled Tomboy MG after years of secret training...
Then the plot would basically be a mix of Berserk with Devilman with Star Wars with the post-apocalypticalness of Hokuto no Ken, fights of DBZ minus the ki blasts, the travelling of Kino no Tabi, then add Magical Girl elements mixed with the Rings of LotR, then at the end: a cast of 10 tomboys who are blatant references to popular manga tomboys (protip: the MC plays badminton in the AU)
