If you treat /c/ like a dead image dump board then it will be a dead image dump board. I'm normally in around 50-100 threads here depending on what relates to my interests so I participate in a lot.

People who don't post images are not who I'm talking about, it's those who post images while making comments or starting conversation with others who contribute to the community.
Again you saying "no" doesn't just make me wrong. Light conversation relating to artists, image themes, light show discussion, or even irl shit relating to the shows/characters, it has all been posted here - if you don't think there is a dedicated community using this board then you're crazy. It's stuff you can't get on any other board, a comfy small community- /a/ has turned into an anime version of /b/ and anyone who enjoys using that board is insane. Hell there are even some anons who still post here after absolute ages.
If you're looking for me to point out every single thread I've has discussion in then I dont know what to tell you - some example threads being homu, hidamari, yui, scenery, artist specific threads, mami, dress, SW, and many other threads. Over time all these thread have has active discussion and community, even if some my be quiet now. If you don't believe me then that's on you. You can't take away my fond memories of the anons I've interacted with here, even if you want to make me feel like shit for whatever reason.
