Anyways, I'm so glad that you liked everything! I actually started baking just for this exchange and baking the cookies was fun so I'm very happy that you liked them. Not going to lie, even as an American I was taken aback by how much sugar and butter is needed to bake cookies.
About the Pocky, I thought that basically everyone that has watched anime has eaten it before so I will definitely have to send more Pocky in the future. Even my other guy hasn't eaten Pocky before.
Finally, about the card, I was hoping you wouldn't notice the white-out. I actually drew a :D face at first but I thought a blank stare was cuter and more fitting for Trude. Glad you appreciate the stick hands on the front too. Hands are hard.
