I don't really know how to cope with it either, I just try to not think of it, think about how it wouldn't be canon, and it may not actually be what it seems anyway. It doesn't affect me much at all, but it never feels nice when it comes to mind.

Her spinoff seems to go a far less grounded route, Black Lagoon not being THAT grounded to begin with, mind, but featuring more fantastical and supernatural elements. Sometimes this is done in a comedic way which seems to intentionally try to blur the lines between delusion and the paranormal, is she hallucinating or is it really happening? It seems to lean towards the latter, but does she believe that it's really happening, does she recognize it as hallucinations?
