where do you guy usually get the image from? I tried to get the one on twitter or pixiv, but the former keep getting downloaded as jfif.

You can host the room and have the game play and restart the level itself using auto-start features in the team battle room and let the gameplay itself.
/flip/ general thread in /vmg/ board should have suggestion for what team you should use for the event. That said, there are other community out there to help you too, so you might want to look out for them if you need helps.
Also, unless you really are lacking in water team, you might want to save your beads, this current event will return again with a better chance for good units.
Those reward you got from the current event quest(the gears) can be used to roll for another 10 pulls tickets in the event item exchange. The ticket isn't here until the next update, but you can save the rolls for them by switching to the next box as soon as you can(you can do so after getting the all the box's prime pick).
