I wasn't tho anon, read the OP, it asks who is the best waifu, on both sides it was never implied that waifu is being used to describe a 'cute girl', but literally who in ur opinion is the "best" one (based on idk what criteria)
it wouldn't make sense to say "the best cute anime girl is~" anyway
