>>4232582It's harder if you're not already overweight. CICO is the easiest most passive way to do it, but it takes some dedication if you have snacks around the house. If you want to be able to eat a bit more you have to throw cardio or some sort of exercise in there to balance it out. Doing something to change your habits like walking somewhere to get lunch instead of ordering in or driving (if feasible, don't walk like 10 miles for lunch), park a little further in the lot when you're going to a store, maybe hop off your train a stop early and walk the rest of the way if you have time. Just little ways to get some extra steps in naturally without throwing your whole routine off. I typically just bite the bullet and do cardio on a stationary bike, even if it's just 20 minutes of moderate to high intensity.
