It also helps if the post itself isn't a shitpost. There isn't anything inherently wrong with being new, but there is something wrong with being a shitposter.
Like EVA threads are great examples of having an active community, but still manage to be the absolute worst threads on the board - shitposting, off-topic images, autistic arguments, plenty of textposts. Just avoid that kind of stuff since it's all covered by /a/ and we don't need /a/ 2.0 like you said. If we could have more threads like these but without all the low quality /a/utism, it would be pretty nice.
At least that's my two cents. The nice thing about /c/ is that it isn't /a/ or /b/.
