>>4274808Take 2500 IUs of vitamin D after a full meal, preferably fish. Take with plenty of water, then eat a sizable chunk, about 100 grams, of dark chocolate (minimum 85% cacao). Vit D will help regulate your hormones, but it depletes your magnesium. Dark chocolate contains plenty of magnesium. Also it's nice to have, a few hours before bed.
Do that for ten days or so, feel free to supplement with other sources of magnesium if you don't want to have so much chocolate lol.
You never have enough vit D in the winter.
