Yeah that is pretty silly. No shame in liking them and having a collection, especially since it's extremely unlikely anyone would find that folder so long as it's on a personal device.
Just imagine the many different images you enjoyed in the past that you may have forgotten about. I think you should just keep collecting and enjoy what you have.
