Eris hates etiquette, dresses, balls, dancing, noble politics and petty scheming. She loves sword fighting, adventures, dungeon exploring, eating monsters she hunted down.
If we approach it judging it by her likings - she has little interest in typically female hobbies and roles and embraces traditionally masculine sword fighting and adventuring.
Judging by her appearance she does look like a lady when we first meet her, but by the time Dead End leaves the Demon Continent - she's already established as being tanned, rugged with well defined musculature for her age. And at the point of time the anime stopped at right now - she's an athletic, short-haired rough adventurer, who trained under Ghislaine for years, completely abbandoning her past life as a lady.
I'd say she's even more tomboyish than Ghislaine, considering all beast women in Dedolia forest are skilled warriors like her, who train in melee for years (the beast folk we see in Sauros' service are all frilly maids, because they used to be child slaves, bought and given back freedom, by the old pervert).
