Ex-wife of 30yrs found out her ex-husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic prostate cancer. Showed up as his house across the country unannounced and demanded he sign over his current home to her - She is current living in their 1st home he signed over to her. She left him for a family member who was award $18M in another lawsuit she enabled for Marco Flores then divorced 1st husband. She demanded her dying husband sign over his home to her since he was dying. When he refused, she proposed marriage, also refused. Then she filed a lawsuit in Chicago Illinois for over $650K!!! This is the 6th time she has sued him for the same. She will scrounge around till she find a law firm to comply with her false allegations. Once they are involved and the truth comes out, legitimate attorneys will drop the case. She is will then continue to follow up with less reputable law firm and continue her incessent pursuit of money.
Also filed a 2nd lawsuit for over $275K!! when 1st lawsuit was settled, not satisfied with 1st lawsuit outcome. She is very litigious always juggling multiple lawsuits.
