>>4449136It's been a 1:1 adaptation so far and is covering each LN volume with minimal changes; we've already gotten volume 4 adapted which was cut from the first show. Best case scenario means we can get the full story brought to the screen. If you're a purist on adapting media, this may appeal to you more. Art style comes down to personal preference but I do think the original's OST is a bit better.
They also went out of their way to bring back the original voice actors for Holo and Lawrence, which is always nice.
My only really autistic complaint about the new show is Holo's drawn with a more voluptuous full figure, and I prefer the petite, dfc appearance she has in the novel illustrations.
