>>2847481While you can do that very easily (mind the location of the pivot/bone for rotation), you will need to turn off collision with hands if you have hand rigids and prevent contact of the skirt-raising rigid with the hand, as either would have to go through the fabric. I do not advise parenting anything originating from one independent body part to another independent body part in any manner, it's a sure way to make a mess without disproportional effort to contain it. I also recommend creating an IK chain instead of a single rigid to make deformation more flexible. Furthermore, you need to always be very careful with active physics, as they are hard to tame.
