The dare in question would be something pretty safe, and Madoka would join in on it when it looks like Sayaka is about to back down. The the memory would stick with her until one night she works herself up to going to the corner store in just a jacket and sneakers to pick up some snacks.
She would squat down at the back of the store and pretend to look at the selection for a bit too long, opening her legs while anxiously thinking about maybe touching herself. Then someone else would enter the store and she would lose her cool, greeting very embarrassed about the whole thing and hurrying back home, having some sort of horribly shameful mishap along the way.
Afterwards she would try to put the idea of doing that sort of thing behind her but keep on having underwear related misfortune, particularly after meeting Kyoko who both enjoys messing with Sayaka and has a tendency of stealing her cloths rather than cleaning her own.
