As much as I love Nami's big tits is obvious that seeing them is not special anymore since she's always around in a bikini and the bath moments are even less special because like I said her tits are always out so what's the difference in seeing them semi censored underwater
This is another aspect why I prefer Nami pre skip, even with smaller boobs she was way sexier (see Skypiea) than now which is almost a paradox
