She can be wearing a modded outfit for an SR or whatever and the skin will work, but once you add CC to the costume folder again the skin will start to mess up again.
In the past it was explained to me that this was a conflict between mods that had a certain shader file in their folders. One of these mods was Ceez's DAFF swap packs and once you removed the DAFF pack it would go back to normal.
Whatever affected the DAFF pack back then now appears to be affecting CC.

Basic bikini alone causes no problems. Adding CC makes basic bikini give out problems. And this was with a fresh CC install.
Oh well.
