I can't really think of a system that doesn't have long char gen though PTU/A of course has the weight of the pokemon meta to contend with(unless I start you with no pokemon or items), ryuu may be simple for stats and abilities but its also inventory heavy(unless again the plot dictates you start essentially naked), and OVA has so many ways to break itself you'd be going back for hours going "no you can't do that" unless you have a good non-munchkin group.
What I had hoped was that if this prompt got people talking enough I could just pick a system and recruit from /e itself and get a good balance of players that want lewd things to happen without it being the sole focus, and without the confused prudes, or futa-diaper-fetishists that tend to turn up when trying to recruit for a lewd game on a general PBP board.
