>>2716767spend less time online, i know it sounds like plain advice, because the internet is "exciting" but.. face it, you probably spend most of your time looking for something interesting, and barely finding it. The internet kinda sucks these days, and because you're not stimulated enough, and encouraged to keep searching, there goes your whole day and you feel unsatisfied in the end. Spend less time online, and see where your mind goes when you have to deal with irl only, see what makes you happy or keeps you active irl. I'm not kidding when I say the internet has been deliberately designed now to maximize time spent, but minimize quality time spent.
I used to be satisfied with just a few hours a day at most, and then I wanted to go outside or do something else. Now its an all day thing. I'm dealing with this problem too.
Today I cut my internet use by 7 hours and the results are immediately noticeable. I just spent a couple of hours browsing (it was an annoying and fruitless experience) and soon I'm gonna get off the internet so I can participate in real life, which feels better and more rewarding in comparison.
