Okay, here's my concepts for the Demon kingdom faction. Part 1, technically, as there are more members not depicted here that will get their own separate post explaining their deal.
>Black Knight Rosalind (playable)
Commander of the army, Rosalind is a huge dork who gets really into character and put a lot of effort into her costume and backstory. She often finds she's too good natured to play a bad guy, though despite her commitment to character.
>Dragon King Max (playable)
Thanks to the power of his pet dragon, he has placed himself as lord of the demon domain.
>Demon Princess Blenny
The beautiful princess at Dragon King Max's side. Be careful though, she's scheming to take the throne for herself so she can put an end to the conflict once and for all.
>Dark Magician Mineral (playable)
Court Mage of the Demon Kingdom, Joined because Melville wouldn't let her be a more powerful magic user than him even though she knows actual magic tricks.
>Goblin Jester Neil (playable)
Court Jester of the Demon Kingdom, he uses his goblin tricks to join in on battles and wreak havoc.
>Cambion Cassandra
She whips the Demon grunts into shape because Rosalind is too kind to do it herself.
>Goblin Alchemist Sid
He makes special potions and concoctions that grant powers to his allies and weaken their enemies.
>Wraith Ester
She is mostly hanging around to keep an eye on Blenny, but sometimes acts as a messenger or scout.
>Shadow Imp Agatha
Oversees the kingdom's dungeon and torture chamber. She's usually left to her own devices.
>Elven prisoner Bennett
Was originally on the fairy side but was kidnapped super early on, now Agatha has him dance in a cage for entertainment. He's been there so long he's now included as apart of the Demon Kingdom.
>Beastmaster Momo
She's playing in order to find new monsters and beasts to tame. She sided with the demons simply because their faction has the most monsters. She runs the kingdom's stables.
