Another orphan vigilante, this one in stark contrast to Melville's Glitterbug. Hansel can't afford the custom made costumes and accessories that Melville can, so has to resort to whatever garbage he can find in the streets. He has found an old coat he has modified for his own purposes, and made a mask resembling a rat's face out of junk. He doesn't have a set arsenal of weapons and gadgets, and instead will just use whatever he can get his hands on in the moment. He does sometimes carry around shards of glass to use as improvised knives that can also be thrown if needed. Hansel actually does end up running into crime on the streets where he lives, so also takes the vigilantism seriously. Although unlike other heroes, Hansel isn't as concerned about working alongside the law (considering he is a criminal himself) which puts him at odds with the other heroes. Hansel sometimes forgets how off-putting his costume looks when he interacts with people and randomly shows up in their houses sometimes.
He is another character where he just relies on his own weird capabilities he has in real life to fight crime instead of any imagined powers. So being sneaky, speedy and stabby.
I am not 100% sure on the name, I know it is gonna be rat/rodent related in some way. I noticed he has an odd military vibe to his outfit, its probably the green coat and gas mask looking face. Made me think of the name "Trench Rat". So for now we will go with that unless a better name is suggested.
