Not the person who had the concept but I designed her. Her name Rayne Parade and she came up 2 threads ago. Here is a reminder of who she is
She always has a sad moping expression with tears raining down her face and is seen carrying an "end is nigh" sign. She's silent in the background.
Except when there's an invasion like turkeys, zombies, guinea pigs, manbearpig, then she starts prancing, smiling, hopping, giggling, singing in a really cheerful voice WHILE everyone is screaming, crying, panicking.
And she is not suppose to help neither be attacked by said invasion forces, she's something of an intangible observer nobody can touch, all they can do is react "WTF is wrong with her?"
I want her to only become the focus of a scene while she's cheerful during a pandemic. I want her as a silent background gag character during sunny days. I do NOT want her screaming and prophesying loudly about the end of the world. I hate loud pessimists. And during rainy days she only giggles and hops, she doesn't blow out into song over rain to steal screentime.
>Alright guys let's think up Rayne Parade's design. Long purple hair, black victorian goth clothes, innocent looking? give her a slight ghostly look? or make her less refined and more homeless with black eyes like she didn't sleep in months and like she's constantly scared and has seen some shit?
Also, I think she was adopted by Blenny and Ester
