At best, a Powered-Lift commercial pilot would have to have 500 hours and be flying under Part 135 to do VFR rides, and if price point is a motivator, why would any pilot invest into both fixed wing, rotary wing, and than powered lift certs to be a LITERAL uber pilot? There is no actual market for this, and just like with private helicopters, only the ultra rich with justify their cost.
It's all a get rich quick scheme, it will never pan out. Please look at the decades of "flying cars" that never went anywhere.
