Though, like always, as you work towards dialing in the fit, I would like to see a roller-cam stem for the cantilever brake. I would also get riser bars. Crank caps. More modern pedals. Your shift cables are too long.I didn't know roller-cam stems were a thing, interesting. Although I'll stick to this setup, I like the look too much, that stem was a lucky find. Exactly what I wanted.
Indexing with this shifter setup works flawlessly, I was a bit surprised myself. All parts are period-correct, I guess they intended their parts to work together.
Thanks for all the input, I'll shorten the shift cables next time I renew them.
