Now the Sacramento Northern was also pretty badass, running a whopping 180 miles from San Francisco to Sacramento and Chico. And for the last months of operation it used the bridge railway which mainly carried the Key System interurban/suburban/urban/streetcar/whatever. This one I also find really interesting for the interoperation of a long-distance interurban with a local service. This one never got modern streamliners, but it did offer parlor cars on its main express services.
