These 3rd revision gloves were a lot easier to make than the first 2 sets I made which had some issues, like the wires coming loose. I used a heavier pair of gloves instead of just liners so I don't need to wear them inside another glove.
The biggest issue is battery pack placement. I have a pair of heated glove liners with batteries on the cuff but they don't fit inside other gloves. Maybe I'll just attach the packs to the handlebars. Or make extension cables and run down sleeves of jacket. I made extension cables but the wires are a stiff and bulky, need to find some flexible silicone jacketed 2 conductor wire.
Starting to use bar mitts last winter, my hands were warmer so getting the heaters working was a lower priority.
