the higher spec cromo frames on aliexpress actually aren't that cheap
and it's logical that various decent tubing would be in those chinese factories, as it's specified for the frames they build on contract, and those actually would be checked. So it makes sense for them to have enough leftover, and what else would they do with it?
There's a possibility you can be cheated of course but it's far from a certainty.
