I picked up this Scot Arx Plus helmet based on those results - fairly good for the price and I slightly preferred the look to its competitors. This model has MIPs - it’s not definite if it makes a significant benefit, or any, but it doesn’t hurt. When you see that it’s very unlikely to be overall garbage in terms of quality, that said Target does a one size for adults MIPs helmet for a bit over 30. I would personally spend more even on a tight budget if you’re bothering with a helmet in the first place.
