I wouldn't be surprised if the voice system extends to being able to change the readout on the display, and that the touchscreen is hardly used inflight. There's a bunch of "AI" stuff going on with onboard diagnostics and maintenance. There's so much going on in software that bugs continue to be a major headache for the program. I think that as of Block 3F it was over 8 million lines of C++, running on a custom PowerPC CPU that reminds me of the Playstation 3's Cell processor.
Anyway, the Su-34 has an interesting cockpit. The pilot and weapons officer sit side by side, and that center console will retract so that, I dunno, it makes it easier for them to give each other air head or something. I really dig the blue that the russkies use all over the place.
