Pretty nice out today 1C and sunny. Roads were mostly dry, still have the kind of ice that studs bite into well. If it keeps melting and refreezing it can become smooth and hard that the studs can't grab.
Several warm days coming up. Main streets might actually become completely free of snow and ice. Side streets have enough shade they are unlikely to completely melt down.
If it wasn't supposed to be windy gravel would be a good option for the next week.
