>>1723504>makes me think of rally for some reasonYes, that's where I got the idea from. Apparently yellow lights help cut through rain and fog and improve depth perception to a small degree. I don't know if that's true but since I started using them I can safely say it's much more pleasant to drive at night. I like to think other drivers appreciate the color as well. In endurance motorsports they are used to distinguish between different classes of vehicles racing at the same time.
However, no matter how hard I look I can't seem to find any yellow tinted bicycle lights. Or flashlights for that matter. So it might come down to wiring something custom like those motorcycle lights I posted.
