>>1913406The bigger and more common problem with concrete protected bike lanes is delivery trucks and cabbies. They'll either block the street or go down to the end of the block and park at the corner blocking the bike lane exit/entrance and now the concrete dividers are impeding everyone. If the biker doesn't know how to ride up curbs then it becomes such a hassling occurrence in the city. Even dumber still is when a cagebrain inevitably drives into one because they were staring at their phone, wrecking their car, then blaming the city and cyclists for ruining their car. I'm cool with plastic bollard "protected" bike lanes but seriously, fuck concrete protected bike lanes.
