picrel is my bike, I ride with my back almost perfectly erect because I lift twice a week with high volume and I've found that if weight shifts on my shoulders then my lifting will suffer, plus it's not a comfortable feeling and takes away a good chunk of the pleasure of riding...I like the position but I'd like the handlebar to be a tad higher and closer, but picrel is as far as it goes, which is bearable
that being said I've been riding for 3 weeks, went from 30 mins with no resistance to 90 mins with a fair bit of resistance at 20km/h average speed, I can definitely see myself going up to 3 rides per week of 120mins with 2 lifting days and 2 rest days
plus I'm on keto, which solved like 75% of my health problems, even though I call it "athlete keto", I played hours and hours of ball as a teen too, so I know a lot about fitness in general
pic related is the bike and saddle, which is a martin touring large gel from Selle SMP, the bike weighs 58kgs, the flywheel is 24kgs with a felt pad on top as resistance(properly lubed with WD-40 Siliconical lube)
