>Hi there, I just got my bike, which is one of your rebuilds, warranty serviced at your shop today for a flat tube
the volunteers changed the rear wheel and gears and the tube. I rode it home and when I went inside the rear tube suddenly burst and deflated. I cant imagine
I was about to send this message to said shop, but I think I realized what caused it. I sort of put the bike down on the floor, not quite a slam but a put down firmly when it burst. My saddlebags are loaded up with like 15lbs of shit and I think thats what burst it. The tube was rated 45-65 and it was filled to 60.
What do you think, is it my fault?
I already decided I will change the tube myself because I dont want to go back and explain my story like a sperg plus they have limited hours
