Then sold them, usually for a profit. I did this with my roadie, real MTB and 90s MTB. Medium sizes are simply much more common than L/XL
Now everything fits perfectly which is comfy, but size too small was actually not too bad. I kinda even liked the compact fit with seatpost up in the sky, like in pic rel (not my bike ofc)
