What matters for your position is the triangle of bottom bracket, handlebars and seat.
You can adjust the seat position (with offset seat posts) and handlebars (raiser/dropper stems) anywhere you want on pretty much any road bike so why bother with geometries?
Whats left is the "nimbleness" with different wheelbases and fork angles/offsets plus the "stiffnes" (which is more a question of construction and material than geometry)
That graph is also bs. The aero bike gets 9/10 speed without aerobars. When I put aerobars on say the endurance it will be faster than the aero bike.
