That's the edge of the small size for me and as a 30 year old i now much prefer a classic frame which is (57- 59- 61 - 63) 3 sizes larger.
The changes to a cockpit from different types of bars and brake levers are several sizes of difference in terms of a frame and you also must consider where the frame will ride best with it's steering axis.
So bike fit is very complicated. You can tolerate a huge variety of fits though and what your body tells you initially is probably meaningless in terms of testing things.
