Clear display and good visibility matter of course. The Bolt is most appealing at the moment from what I've seen, the extra display size over the Garmin 130 is appealing. I also like the little LED strip for the segments interaction. Stages original offerings looked interesting for the price but I don't like that you have to subscribe to their service to get the most out of them.
