also i dont hate hills i love them it just really limits my range
i could go 10x further if i wasnt in englands equivilent of a mountain range
and no i dont come from a flat city ive lived in the hills all my life
but yeah im glad the roads here are quiet
although theres alot of busy narrow twisty high speed roads here that really suck to ride on
a fucking cop almost crashed into an oncoming car overtaking me yesterday
its ok tho im training to ride further
right now i can go about 20 miles round trip but thats still not enough to get to the nearest city which is about twice that
not also including the distance id have to ride to get to the opposite side of it where the good shops are
i could definetly make it there but its uphill all the way back for another 20 miles
i just cant do that currently
hopefully one day il be able to make that ride but right now the best i can do is waste money at tesco or just ride up big hills nearby to look at the view (pic related)
i am also a recovering anorexic so im proud of myself for being able to go that far without dying
