Keansburg, Union Beach, Keyport are what? Rich? They're right there near Long Branch, Neptune, Asbury Park in terms of being poor and filled with trash. Then Port Monmouth, Belford, and Cliffwood Beach are not much better. Even Highlands is a shitty town.
