Alternatively, you can send from Mobile to Laredo or Brownsville, TX which is probably about 3-4 days transit by rail then interchange to a Mexican railway and they will bring it the 800 or so miles down to Veracruz. Total transit is probably 6-8 days, and you have to have your railcars transiting in Mexico longer exposing them to vandalism (big problem in Mexico).
