Current hypothesis is:
- it was the plane first flight since having been put on storage following the COVID crises in March. (fact)
- Out of storage maintenance may have been lackluster (speculation)
- front landing gear had issue dropping on the first attempt at landing. (fact)
- It seemed to finally drop but may have not locked causing both engines to scrape the ground and forcing the pilots to abort the landing (confusing mix of fact and speculation. That doesn't make too much sense IMO)
- While circling for a second landing attempt both engines shut down (fact)
- With insufficient thrust the aircraft hit a building in a residential area immediately next to the airport (fact).

You get see damage below both engines and teh auxiliary fan power has dropped meaning the engines have shut down. It is rare for two engines to shut down at the same time. When it happens it's nearly always due to a lack of fuel. The alternative is a dual bird strike (extremely rare) or some other freak accient that damages both engines at the same time.

it can be deployed manually, and could also extend when both engines fail to produce electrical power, but are still able to create thrust.

This statement is about 100% correct. However, I would add that it appears that both engines have sustained nearly identical damage... which could be another possibility why they simultaneously failed.

I would also add that the gearbox is likely located on the underside of those engines, on which are attached the generators, and acts as an oil sump for the engine.
That could be oil visible, perhaps from grinding open the ADGB (labelled Accessory Gearbox in picrelated)?

I'm also guessing not a gear up landing on the first try. There would probably be tail scrape marks too

I'll probably get proven wrong later but based on the marks on the engines, I don't see an accidental gear-up landing being possible on the first attempt. Shouldn't there be evidence of a tailstrike?
Also, is it even possible to do a gear up landing, touch the runway, and successfully abort? You'd presumably lose a fair bit of speed and you have little room to rotate.

If they were trying to put it down as gently as possible and keep it level they may well have just scraped the engines and for some reason figured it was better to have another attempt

They would not be flaring the plane for a belly landing, hence why no tail strike probably

the fact that the cowling on the photo was so much damaged it seems that whatever happened the plane was on it belly on the first attempt somehow..

plus the rat was automaticly lowered aka no generator onboard was online aka engines were already dead

The nacelle drain is located at the front of the conical black streaks. Any fluids leaking / burning in the engine nacelle will come out there.
